The main task of an executive is managing his organisational unit as well as the people who have been entrusted to him. In order to successfully and sustainably live this role, a basic attitude is required with respect to the task at hand, to the team and to the possibilities. It is precisely this basic attitude which enables management tools and management principles to be deployed effectively and to motivate the employees to trust and follow their manager.
Im Training reflektieren die Teilnehmer zentrale praktizierte Denkweisen, Ansätze sowie das eigene Auftreten. Dabei erkennen sie, welche Wirkungen sie hierbei auf ihr Umfeld haben und wo bei ihnen welche Ansätze zu finden sind, um Veränderungen herbeizuführen.
The way that managers communicate has a great influence on the effect they generate. The more communicative flexibility managers demonstrate as they tackle daily challenges, the greater their effectiveness will be.
Within the scope of these training measures, the participants will reflect on their previously practiced communication routines and analyse their effects. Based on the opportunities for development which become visible in this process, further methods will be introduced, discussed, practiced and adapted to each individual’s personality type.
According to each customer’s specific situation, targets and intensity, one or several in-person seminars in conjunction with accompanying measures and supported by digital tools can be organised.
The broader the repertoire of management tools which the manager has access to, the more flexibility he will have to overcome challenges in day-to-day business.
According the individual challenges of the participants, further methods, approaches and management tools will be introduced, discussed, practiced and adapted to each personality type within the scope of this training course.

Meinungsverschiedenheiten treten immer dann auf, wenn Menschen zusammenarbeiten. Je nachdem, wie man als Führungskraft diese Situationen lenkt, können positive oder auch negative Wirkungen entstehen.
